Refund policy
At Quickshe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5–7 business days.
